Drone training

With the EASA Specific category license, you can fly commercially under various permits within the Specific category. Think of it as a driver’s license for your car. This also gives you a better understanding of what you can and cannot do with a drone and the requirements you must meet. In collaboration with the Drone Flight Academy, we offer two types of drone training programs:

DronePilot Advanced

Ideal for commercial drone users who want to perform flights in higher risk classes, with drones up to 25 kg. You gain in-depth theoretical knowledge and extensive flight skills. After this training, you will have the EASA Specific Category license and can perform flights under various permits.

Practical information:

DronePilot Expert

Ideal for pilots who want to use drones up to 25 kg for safety and inspection. After this training, you will have the DJI UTC Inspection certificate and optionally the EASA Specific Category license. You gain very in-depth theoretical knowledge and extensive flight skills.

3 options: Duration + Cost
Option 1: EASA Specific Category license + UTC Inspection; 13-day course, cost €7,500 (excluding VAT)
Option 2: UTC Inspection (for those who do not need the EASA Specific Category license); 10-day course, cost €5,350 (excluding VAT)
Option 3: UTC Inspection (for those who already have the EASA Specific Category license); 6-day course, cost €4,500 (excluding VAT)
